Here are the pages I made for my Family Photo Album. These are my actual family members. I was so happy with them that I kept a few for myself. Five of my pages were sent off to the Swap Host, I can't wait what I get back!
I made a little photo album/book for Josh, my husband that reflects his hard work and dedication for the sport of triathlons! This book will be featured in the May/June issue of Cloth, Paper, Scissors Magazine.
I just finished 8 more tags that had the theme: House shape. I decided to make them little houses all together....
I am currently working on filling up "My little Book of Tags". It is a little book, folded from one sheet of 12 by 12 cardstock or patterned paper. It is very fun to make. i will try to find the link for the website and post it asap. Right now I am 'enrolled' in a Tag swap. The theme of the swap is birds with pointy hats. These are the tags I have made so far.
My first tag was unfortunately not accepted into the swap, because I failed to read the directions. I thought we were doing Birds with Hats. I was soon reprimanded: Birds with POINTY hats. So I had to adjust my tag:
Back in October I joined Roc's Heart Journal Page. This was a real fun project. We each made seven heart pages, front and back. We sent ours to Roc, and she bound them in a real nice little book. The theme of this swap was: 'Artist choice' So ended up making seven totally different themes. I like doing Artist Choice, because it keeps you on your toes. It makes you have to create something you have never done before. For instance someone picked 'Alice in Wonderland'. I know it is bad but I have never seen that movie, read the book or know anything about it. I know this much: "There is Alice and a Rabbit with a watch and something about a bad Queen -who is also a card-....." So that was fun to make.

I found a great idea on making a little quilted display in a quilting magazine. I changed the design a little to have the object resemble a house. The design sits in a display-tray, you can lift the 'house' of the tray and open it up. On the inside it has several 'books' and pages that tell a story. This particular display was made for new homeowners, it depicts the story of the building of their new house from start to finish!
